Bill W.

William Griffith Wilson, basically often called Bill W. to most, is actually best recognized for his effort in co-founding Alcoholic Anonymous (AA). His personal account is to some degree akin to others who have struggled with an being addicted to alcohol. Through the tests in his life to consuming his initial drink, just about everything appeared to spiral out of control. It was actually during the course of World War 1 when Wilson’s life would certainly change forever due to drink. It had not been long before Bill would turn into a full blown addict.

He grew to be afraid as well as couldn’t imagine that he possessed the power to stay away from alcohol on his own, which directed him to get support. Although he died in this life in 1971 because of other health difficulties, he was sober and had been for 37 years.
